This treadmill comes with a 30-day ifit membership, which gets you access to guided workouts and personalized training programs from world-class trainers. It has a 300-pound capacity and a 10% one-touch incline (with ifit, your trainer auto-adjusts the incline and speed throughout your workout).
The 6.55 model has a 10 mph top speed, a 20 x 55-inch tread belt, and two-inch speakers so you can listen to music or audiobooks while you work out. Plus, when you’re done, it folds up to save space.
