FREE WITH PRIME: Prime members get Alexa+ free, which is $19.99/month otherwise.

In case you haven’t heard, Alexa+ is here, and she’s ready to grace every Amazon device in your home. And, if you’re a Prime member, you can enjoy her services for free.

That’s right, folks. Alexa+ is Amazon’s newest Prime perk, offering enhanced features that’ll make your life a little bit easier. (It’s $19.99 a month for non-Prime members.)

From personalized recs to advanced voice commands and highlight reels of your security footage (for those with an Echo device and camera setup), Alexa 2.0 is ready to help you run your smart home. She’s also been reconfigured to speak more naturally, so you can have an actual conversation without her glitching out.

Although the official release date hasn’t been announced, Alexa+ is expected to launch sometime this month. Access will start with select owners of Echo Show 8, 10, 15, and 21.
